Orders and shipping
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat rate of $6.99 per order, anywhere in the United States. The cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States only.
How long will my order take?
Orders are handled in 3 to 4 business days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 2 PM ET begin processing the same business day. Delivery then takes 3 to 6 business days after dispatch, so most orders arrive within 6 to 10 business days of being placed.
How do I track my order?
We email you a tracking number and link as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also visit our Track my order page.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, as long as your order has not been dispatched. Email us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address.
Returns and refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. Items must be unworn, with all tags attached. There is no restocking fee.
Who pays for return shipping?
For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return shipping. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover it.
How do I start a return?
Email support@jamesdenver.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
How long do refunds take?
We refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
We don't offer direct exchanges. Return the original for a refund and place a new order for the size or color you want.
Sizing
How do I find my size?
Our overshirt, quarter-zip and topcoat use standard US letter sizes, our trousers use waist sizes in inches, and our loafers use US shoe sizes. Each product page lists the sizes available. Not sure which to choose? Email support@jamesdenver.com with your usual US size and we'll help you choose.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards. Every payment option available to you is shown at checkout.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout is handled by Shopify over an encrypted connection, and we never see or store your full card details.
What currency are your prices in?
All prices are in US dollars.
